Sydney Catalyst Travel and Education Awards 2020

APPLICATIONS CLOSE: 25 May 2020, 5pm

A.  Please ensure that you have read the  Application Guidelines and have printed Part C to complete and attach to your online application with a copy of the conference program as one pdf file.

B.  Please also take care if pasting text into word-count limited fields on the application -- excess text will not be included.

  1. The applicant must be a confirmed member of Sydney Catalyst with a minimum 8 weeks of membership from the formal start date of the award (ie. 1 September 2020). This means that new members must submit an online application to join Sydney Catalyst and have the support of 2 existing members in no later than 25 May 2019 in order to be included in the Governing Council's (GC) next review of member applications scheduled July 2020. Outcomes from the review of the membership application will be known prior to announcing winners of the T&E Award.
  2. To start your application, please enter your current member login and password.
    (For pending members, this is the email address and password used on your membership application. If you have forgotten your password, a reminder can be sent to you via the  'Forgot your password' link).
  3. Your login details can be used to return to the application any number of times prior to submitting. Once your application has been submitted, you will need to contact sydneycatalyst@ctc.usyd.edu.au for any changes.

 

Important Note: Once submitted, if you do not receive email confirmation within an hour, please contact sydneycatalyst@ctc.usyd.edu.au

 

NB.  If you have not updated your member profile in the last six months, you will be taken to the Member Profile screen to verify that all your details are up-to-date, before proceeding to the application form.
