SYDNEY CATALYST AND COVID-19

Please be assured that Sydney Catalyst continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation as it unfolds. We are in regular contact with Chris O'Brien Lifehouse and the University of Sydney crisis response teams. Along with these organisations, we are adhering to the advise of NSW Health and the Australian Government.

Our Education Breakfast scheduled for the 26 March has been postponed until further notice. At this stage we remain committed to holding the PG & ECR Symposium on 17 July but will monitor advice and act accordingly. The health and safety of attendees and partners is our most important priority.

Additional measures we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our members, include:

  • Holding virtual meetings for gatherings of 5 or more people
  • Postponing scheduled events and workshops in line with NSW health, Chris O'Brien Lifehouse and University of Sydney advice
  • Implementing working from home where possible
  • Rigorous use of hand sanitiser and hand washing
  • Daily sanitising of staff workstations

We will continue to update members via email, our website and on Twitter regarding any changes to our education program and other relevant activities as the situation evolves.
